LYA-I Series

LYA-I series is vertical,single stage,single suction,radial split,long shaft submerged pump with volute casing. Independent side discharge pipe, hydraulic loss less, high efficiency.Balancing chamber & pipe can decrease pressure and axial force, reducing the possibility of particle entering sliding bearing to avoid wearing the plain bearing and reducing the service life of the pump.Axial force can be balanced by back blade of impeller, as well as residual axial force balanced by a pair of angular contact ball bearing. According to different pump length, both integral shaft and Spindle shaft are available for pump shaft structure. To meet different client’s request, various types of seal, such as gland seal, packing, screw seal, mechanical seal, can be fitted. For regular fitting of ZZ series bearing group, grease lubricated and residual axial force balanced by a pair of angular contact ball bearing; if special requirements or working conditions, the ZL bearing group can be fitted, light oil lubricated.
